I had some stockings I had purchased about 3 months ago, I was under the impression that I had to keep them (these weren't yet opened by the way), but I went this company's website again, and I was super happy to discover that I could still return the unopened package without a problem, despite the fact that by most company's standards, it had been a long time since I had made the purchase. More company's should be doing this sort of thing, for sure! Great business practices!

I think they are the same kind i have ordered before but will not know until i wash them.
I have ordered from this company 4 times. Each time the product is what is needed. Only one time was there trouble with the mailing time and no email saying that product was delayed. That one order took 6+ weeks to arrive from time of order. BUT - the other 3 orders were at my home within 7 days. I will continue to use this company.
Easy to order and quick service.
Love the Jobst ultra sheer knee highs. The travel socks are ok I expected a wider band at the top of the sock the thinner band cuts into your leg.

When I placed my last order I complained of abrupt telephone service and having had to wait a long time for a previous order to arrive in the mail. I'm happy to report that this time my stockings arrived promptly... even though I live in a remote Canadian location.

The stockings arrived on time. I wore them yesterday and they were comfortable.
I would like to inform you that I had purchased the Sigvaris tights and was pleased with the open toes. I then purchased the closed toe for a trip and my very short toe nails punctured holes in both pairs. The toes on the stockings were not reinforced. I was very disappointed

It was ok. Price was steep for what I ordered but not everyone carries it.
Your sizing chart and measurements are unclear and need to be fixed so that the customer can be assured of ordering/getting the correct product without calling your store rep for their input.
