The first time I buy from you, the representative was very helpful and suggested some other things I might need. The second representative did not do this and was not as helpful as the first.

Cheap goods, it wasn't clear you were a US-based supplier, which would have been nice to know sooner. The website is very cluttered.

Customer service WILL NOT answer the phone or email. Best you get is some lacky on live chat that calls you a liar. AVOID THIS POS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!
