Didn't work for me
I've been shopping on this site for quite a long time - like 5 years, and I buy all my socks and leggings here. In fact, I all my husband's and children's socks here, too. That's a lot of socks. And, you know what? Every single delivery and customer service transaction has been timely and extremely helpful. I've gotten to know some of the customer service people over the years, and they're great individuals. Because I've been such a long-time shopper, I've become a member of the company, which definitely has its perks! Love everything about this service, and I hope they flourish for years to come!

My experience with shipping was terrible!
I am telling everyone I know in the healthcare business NOT to order from this extremely unreliable company. One month later I was still waiting for my brace. I made numerous calls regarding the shipment of my purchase and each time was reassured that my account would be credited within 3 days. All not true. I had their representatives lie to me, hang up the phone on me, and they were extremely rude. Finally I was told that I could not get my money back, I could just get store credit. WHY would I want to buy anything else from such an unethical and unreliable company? They don't even deserve a one star.

O.K. Shiping was slow
My husband is a paraplegic so he wears these type of socks all the time. I could never find the right color, compression and size in the stores or pharmacies. I now purchase them with ease from compressionsale.com so my husband gets what he wants and needs and at a great price!
