I have discovered I ordered the wrong type of stockings/. I have since orderedtheh correct ( I hope) type and am in the process of returning the first order.
The business of exchanging was annoying. I needed to know if larger or less compression was the way to exchange; tried phone, email, etc to communicate. No help. When tried to get correct item numbers to answer exchange questions, your site kept kicking me off. Took a long time to get it figured out. Now, after I have already mailed back the socks, and told you what we need in exchange, I have no idea when/if you will send the correct socks. Unnerving.

16, paid for 2-4 day delivery, so at the very latest I should have received them on the 16th...However I did NOT receive them until the afternoon of the 18th, due to the late delivery I had to cancel a procedure that required the stockings.
I am NOT happy about this at all and would like a refund of 9.99 the price I paid for the shipping!
