If you have a problem, waiting on hold for a customer service representative or expecting to get a call back when leaving your number, is non-productive. I never got help after months of trying, until I called and chose the "sales" prompt. Ironic. But the sales person was able to resolve the problem!

The service/delivery was fine. The waistband is larger than on a previous pair and the toe is also wider and does not conform to my foot as well as previous pair. Overall it is very beneficial to wear support hose.
