I spoke to your representative via chat. I told her that I have very large calves and then she asked what was my medical problem. After I told her my problem and the size of my calves she recommended a product that quickly solved my problem after I started to wear them. All I can say is that I am glad that I chose your website.

There is a blue sticker "FREE Shipping on all orders to the USA" in the upper left corner on the website. When I ordered 1 ITSTAYS there was a shipping charge. When I asked the chat line they showed a long statement regarding if the order was under $10 there is a charge. I don't see that info anywhere on the website. That is why the lower rating. I bought this product years ago and liked it. It was Ames Walker then.

Will order again.

Color is not quite what I expected compared to name of color.

I am trying your company since another unnamed company has lost my order after I paid for it.

The delivery time is superb. As for knee-high support sox, I'm still looking for the perfect one which doesn't roll or slide down.

I ordered 3 pairs of compression stockings online. They arrived in a few days as I expected they would. This is the first time I have needed compression stockings so it is taking a while to get used to them. Hopefully, they will help my vein problems.

Prices are much better then pharmacies. They are quick to deliver and I can get sizes here that are not in the stores. Very helpful and easy to use. My first pair of socks cost me $80. From a pharmacy and being on a fixed income I couldn/t afford them which ment I had to give up on the socks to help me or look around. I am so glad I decided to go to the internet for help. They were god sent. Thanks again Diana

Had some trouble placing order but was finally able to.
After receiving order was not happy!
One hose was at least 4 inches longer than the other!
