Good - so far...

So far, so good... your "chat people are very helpful... almost too much so :) Meaning they kept "popping" in while I was shopping. The socks are great, hopefully they will last a good long while as even on sale they are "pricey". Wish you still had the "vanilla" color, would like to get a pair of those.

The problem is I was shipped a wrong item. My order confirmation was correct, but someone filled the order with the wrong product. I am still waiting for a return shipping label to i can end the wrong one back and receive the correct one.

Thank you so much. My doctor recommended this for me today. So happy to be able to buy them on line & with free shipping. It is very easy to order online. I love the free shipping. The only thing I need is a way to put them on. Maybe a grabber that I can use top put them on. My arms are not long enough.
