The only problem I have with these or any compression knee high socks is the tops start doing a type of rubberband around the legs and the toes are too tight. All compression socks should be loose like the 'balloon' style. Surely the manufacturers can make the tops more comfortable, after all, one wears them for the health of the legs, etc., but cutting off the circulation counteracts the purpose. I do love the silicone on the tops, that is one big 'plus'.

Compression sale.com is the worst excuse for customer service. I ordered a 2 oz bottle of it stays adhesive. Their prices are lower than competitors, but I paid more for shipping than the product itself. One week later, after paying for expedited shipping, I received a size 2x shape wear garmet. After the company hung up on me twice, after being on hold for 5 minutes each time. I finally spoke with a "sales representative" who was apologetic and gave me specific instructions to follow. After emailing the company, I am told "we do not stock this item, and we did not send you the incorrect product". The product I received is made by a brand they do not carry so I can't even return the garmet for a refund! Worst customer service ever!

I was very pleased with the ordering process and the timely delivery. However, When I asked for a RMA # to return the product, which was still in the original packaging and not tried on, I was told that I could only do an exchange or get a store credit. Upon looking over the Return Policy for the 4th time, I still could not find anywhere it saying I couldn't get a refund. This is not a very good way to get a returning customer or a happy one.
