First time I shopped for this product online. I will order more if this pair works out well. This brand was recommended by doctor and friend.

This was the worst online buying experience I've ever had. I knew what I wanted so I went the Jobst items I was looking for and just ordered what I always got before from another vendor. Two of the items were listed though no longer available. Then when I checked out, the site never informed me these two were no longer available and let me check out. When the items came (which came in a reasonable time) the invoice was checked that my items were sent. But instead they sent replacement items which were 2 sizes too big. When I called they agreed to replace with the correct size but I had to pay for return shipment for their mistake. I will more than likely never buy here again.

This is a very very good company to buy from and I am sure I'll order again. This time I ordered a lower priced item that wasn't as durable as I'd have liked but then it was about half the price so it is true you get what you pay for.

Great product. No question. Customer service representative over the phone not friendly/ customer oriented. Trying to hurry customer on the phone because she says its busy. When customer expresses opinion customer service representative hung up the phone.

I thought it was very convenient.
My negative responses were because I contacted your customer service to say we needed to return the product for a smaller one, as the one we ordered was too big. I want told you would contact me with the return instructions within a certain period of time and as yet I have not received any information. It has been at least the 72 hour time frame I was told. I would appreciate a response from you as soon as possible, the product was not worn only to try it on and it was apparent immediately that it was too big.
