Because mine always rolll and cut off my circulation. That is why I am getting the XLarge to see if that helps. I have used the STAY up product u sell, but it hurts me when the stockings want to sag. So I don't use it anymore.

I ordered 3 pairs of the jobst brand moderate compression thigh high socks. After trying it on for a few hours, I felt the compression level wasn't enough for me. So I reached out to their customer service. They asked a series of questions and I replied and they approved my interest in exchanging for a higher compression socks of the same brand. So I shipped it back only to find it returned to me with the package opened and resealed back with the my exchange paper information missing but the socks still inside. It turns out they rejected my return although they had approved it for some reason. This company is shady and will not take back things unless their 100% satsifaction, no questions asked policy. I would not recommend this retailer to anyone. They not only made me waste all my money with my order but made me pay extra for shipping items back to them only to reject my package. What a shady, dishonest and strange business. Good luck to them trying to do business with no customer service.
I was hoping for some type of discount but the stockings are a necessity and that is that.
The stockings gather at the ankle and cut off circulation. They do not fit smoothly over entire foot and leg.

Ten days to receive my purchase seems rather long to me, and the price was much higher than comparable compression socks, but the product seems to be of excellent quality so perhaps the weait and price may be worth it. Only time will tell.
