I have ordered these thru Amazon in the past, but last time I received mostly crew length instead of knee highs. So, I decided to go straight thru your website, saw knee highs listed, & ordered 6 pairs. That should hold us for a while.

The only complain I have is not regarding to compressionsale.com, but to USPS. The problem is that according to the tracking webpage, my order was stuck in Vernon Hills IL, therefore, that made me think that my purchase might have been lost somewhere in Vernon Hills, so I contacted compressionsale's live chat to inform them about my package delay, so they in response opened an investigation, but since I have just received my product, I guess USPS never updated my tracking information, causing confusion and unnecessary tracking efforts from both sides (compressionsale and myself).
About compressionsale, I am fully satisfied with my product, so I am certain I will be doing business again in the near future.

I ordered 2 pairs of socks. It was time sensitive. They told me they had shipped and would be here in 2-4 days (I paid for the faster shipping). But after 1 week, I still don't have the socks, and now there is no way to get them in time. When I called, they told me they didn't ship until 3 days later than what their email said. VERY frustrating!

Easy finding items and easily found sizing etc. Now hoping the products are great! :) Update and I received the product and nice quality - however color I would like to have had a more tan'ish/skin color - so close to white. :( But still keeping for quality reasons.
