I like the fact that I have several different items to choose from. I'm very disappointed with the customer service. When my order shipped I could not track it because there wasn't a tracking number given. When I called to get the number, the company was closed and I was told I would receive a phone call the next day. When I tried to tell the csr they could respond to an email I sent the csr hung up on me. I received a phone call the next day telling me my order would deliver on Wednesday of last week. However, the order did not deliver untill Thursday. I paid extra shipping to receive the order in 2 to 4 days. I sent another email asking if my shipping charges could be refunded since it took 5 days to deliver. I have yet to receive an answer to that email.
I ordered 2 pairs of knee highs using the size chart provided compared to the size chart on my current knee highs. If I could post the pic I took you also would be in shock. Tried to return them.No retun allowed even though all ove the site there are "icons" stating 180 day return policy. BS. Customer service person was no help. His supervisor was rude & kept interrupting me. His supervisor did not take phone calls, only emails. (my guess... not even a real person) Still would not return. Only exchange for additional $6.95. So they keep my money and I have socks I can't wear. They get you with advertised low price and from there, you have been scammed.
I had ordered a pair of compression hose for my Aunt and had them shipped directly to her Assisted Living Center. They arrived in just 3 days. She said they were the most comfortable ones she has ever had. The Center was charging her $105.00 a pair and I paid a quarter of the price and that included shipping.
Needless to say I will be buying more in the near future.
Easy to use especially for me being disabled, but I made a couple of mistakes and the exchange was easy to fill out. Overall you couldn't ask for a better co. To work with. I even recommended them to my doctore for himself and patients.meverybody likes quality plus a bargain!
Ordered wrong size the first time retuned with no problem and reordered the right size and it was delivered very quickly
