I was happy to see a size chart for the item I am ordering, and I love the free shipping.
I bought two pairs of compression stockings for my mother. In the order, I wrote a note about whether or not I was getting the right size. I even gave them the size of my mother's thigh as given to me by an edema specialist who was seeing her. Compressionsale replied that I could return them if they weren't the right size. Nope. I bought two pair, drove them over to the memory-care place where my mom is, then waited to get feedback from the head nurse there as to whether the stockings would fit mom. The feedback came in a couple days later... "No, they wouldn't fit. I immediately contacted compressionsale who informed me that it was too late to get a refund. All I could get was a store credit. Well, they don't sell the size Ii need for mom. So a store credit is useless. The 15 days you have to return anything is ridiculously inadequate. And, apparently, the 15 days starts from your ORDER date... not the date you receive stuff. Of course, that's what they want... for you NOT to be able to return anything. And they succeeded. Immoral thieves. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE that you might need to return. Mom is on a fixed income and has huge expenses because she has Alzheimer's. These people prey on the weak. AVOID THEM.

I had to return the item due to an order error on my part.
I would have rather had my money back ($93) because I didn't wear or unwrap the item but I was offered only exchange or store credit.
