I find the quality of the jobst compression stocking for the price is excellent.

Have had good luck with my prior 2 purchases. One more trial prior to ordering additional. I am still trying the thigh high socks, the first time I wore them they stayed up fine. The second time I wore them they kept sliding down around the knee? I don't know how to keep them up where they do the most good?

Defective stocking that had to be returned.

I was disappointed when Activa choices were limited to one color. Also, Jobst now lists a variety of colors but the same old colors are only available.

I tried to get help from Sarah online live chat but she didn't come on but once and didn't even read what I wrote. Waste of my time. Also was sent a 1st time shopper discount which didn't work!

You have the best pricing on some items, and I found the exact socks and sizing I need, I will be ordering thru you again and I shared w my RN school pals.

Boxes were smashed, maybe use larger packaging

I called for help. Got Lote? She just wanted to get rid of me, gave me a number for knee highs when we wanted panty hose. Wanted 15-20, could not find it, wanted1 pair finally ordered 2 pair of 8 to 15 as that is what came up and I gave up. Sit kept jumping around when I was trying to order, this to that to something else. Took an hour. Be better if the order was for the prescription of 15 to 20 for the same price.
