Live Chat person was not helpful couldn't find my previous order. I couldn't find the model number etc. I was using from the previously ordered item on the site page...had to put everything in and search for same pair of stockings. Chat person never did find my other order and reply. The stockings are great, good fit, well made. Delivery took longer this time than last, so my expectation was 3-4 days and it took over a week. So thankful you carry a short size because you can't find them in stores. Will order again when I need a pair.

There are so many variations with the materials in the compression socks, I found it very difficult to find one that was a good match to the type our doctor recommended. For example, I had to call to find out the %cotton versus other materials in the pair I finally ordered. Would have preferred this information be readily available on-line.
