First time i submitted the order it would not go through and your offices were not open for help. Had to resubmit. I hope this doesn't end up in a duplicate order. Also, I find the website very "busy"

Update: The duplicate order that was a result of the website snafu was NOT cancelled, and i had to call back twice to get the problem resolved.

I've already contacted a consumer attorney and the BBB as well as the FTC. I won't be happy until this business burns.

The order was mailed on time. But tracking the delivery found out that the parcel was delivered 6 days after it reached the local USPS post office! No explanation for the late delivery. Can something be done at your end to complain to the postal department?
