During my last shopping experience I had to return hose. The man who answered the phone was very rude and hung up on me. He should be fired.
I do not believe the original price was legitimate. The items I received were barely worth the sale price. I have been buying from this site for years and had no problem. This was definitely a bait and switch.

I would have liked to have the shoe size included in the options. I just had a bad experience with socks that were entirely too small although they were maked large.
I have been trying for days to get a return confirmation...nothing but frustration with your web site...it keep throwing out my information. I plan to call on Monday and I hope I can talk to a real person and get my issue resolved. I will not purchase from your company again because of the miserable experience I've had. You may have wonderful products, but I can't tell.

No live chat button that follows you around the page. Very annoying. Site was moderately user friendly but room for improvement.
I ordered almost $300 of hose. There was a 10 percent coupon, which I entered. There was also a box where you could write in "Free Carepack" and "Free gloves", which I did. The order was late getting to me. It turned out that some items had been back-ordered, which I did not know. Then, there were no gloves and no carepack. When I emailed customer service, I was told that because I had selected the coupon, no other offers were allowed. Doesn't seem like good business to me. The order page chat looks like it is a 24 hour service, but actually isn't.
