This company regularly offers discounts; however, they do not properly notify you of the discount codes. They send you an email after ordering offering you a discount code of sock10; however, it does not work on many of their items. I complained to their customer service and learned that the right discount code for Sigvaris was not sock10 but sig10. And no, they would not apply it. I would have to send the socks back and be charged a 15% restocking fee so that was an no win situation. Really poor communication regarding their discounts. We are not happy with their customer service!

I waited so long for my order, that I almost forgot about paying them for it! It kind of made me "personally" feel, like they could easily take advantage of the elderly or disabled, by the way they did business with me. After weeks of waiting for my order, I hunted up my printed receipt, called them telling them I wanted my order cancelled due to lack of shipment. Then I told them I would give them a few more days to get my order to me. Within three days after, I wanted my order cancelled, my order was actually shipped out! If you aren't able to keep up on things well, I would not recommend ordering from this website. Best advise, print your receipt & keep their phone number handy! Call them if you do not receive your order within a reasonable time! And if you do not get satisfactory service after calling them, call your credit card company & report it! Once I finally received my order, it was as expected. They did NOT give me a tracking number, when my order was shipped! Great products if you can receive them.
