I received the leg brace in an acceptable time. It was good quality, but did not work for me. I returned it.
The price paid was $152.98. Compressionalble returned $109.49 To my Bank account. The mail return cost $55.57. I spent $152.98 and ended up with $53.49.A loss of almost $100.002/3 of the original cost. The return charge by CompressionSale is extremely excessive. I sent a return and they lied about my having worn them, I only tried them on once. They used a fake photo of some other tights. They argued about the returns then when they finally issued a credit it expired within 2 weeks. Plus the amount of postage they deduct for returns is excessive. Customer service people are rude and deceptive. DO NOT ORDER.

If you get the wrong item, beware - there is a restocking fee and a shipping fee and by the time they charge you for everything - you get about 10% back from your return. We bought 4 items - tried on one, sent all four back. I asked if my hubby could try on the item, they said yes. Didn't fit. Sent back, they won't refund that one because there are "skin cells" on it. Wow! Ok, but they still have 3 unopened pairs - which I paid to ship back, and won't refund without a restocking fee. So they have all my money, all the merchandise and will only refund a tiny amount - THAT IS EXTORTION!

Used website and chat. Unfortunately the chat could not get back to me until after the weekend. Even with their advice, the size was wrong.
Socks were packed in a thin plastic bag for shipping. No protective wrap or shipping box. So Sigvaris box got seriously crushed in shipping. Customer Service rep at the company told me CompressionSale always ships without a box... if I want a box, I would need to choose a more expensive shipping method. Socks were okay.

I ordered the wrong size and did not realize it until I received the package. I wrote a e-mail to you requesting the help I needed to get my correct size. I now know what I did wrong and that was that I was trying to figure out how to use the e-card I received as exchange for the oringinal order back in October. I was trying to find out how to put the card number on the order form for payment and I was going back and forth to the order page and everytime I did that the size chart went back to petite. What I ordered was a queen. Long story short I got the information how to send it back to you and we put it in the mail yesterday. Everything was done in a speedy manner and I am grateful for that. I am disappointed that I was charged a 25% fee for the return of the merchandise which I tried to cancel within just a few hours. Not only did I have to pay the freight back but then also 25%. Will not plan to use your company when I order compression items for myself.

The design of the socks has changed. They are now very similiar to the TruForm active wear. Looks like a decrease in quality.
