It would have been nice to have been able to use the 10% code Sock10 but it doesn't apply to Juzo, as Tom in customer svc explained on chat. Also, I wished the back order for the black pairs were spelled out on the invoice clearly, rather than referred to by number w/ "b/o" in tiny print, and given along w/an expected date of delivery for them.
Compressionsale.com provided the Product I expected and I believe for the Price, its a good product.

Ordered a compression garment. Never opened the package and wanted to return for a refund. Went through online process and received email saying I could only get a store credit or exchange. After several emails back and forth in which they continued to refuse a refund I decided to call them. They were EXTREMLY RUDE on the phone and kept saying my product could only be exchanged or for store credit and that I should read the return policy. I told them I had read the policy and tried to show them that the policy never stated that my item cannot be returned for a refund. They refused to listen and said they would send me another copy of the return policy. Wish I had found all these similar complaints prior to ordering. Sounds like I'm one of many they've scammed.
Easy, fast and tremendous product. I have been wearing these socks exclusively for at least 15 plus years. I honestly feel naked without them I wear them for work play jeans casual semicasural dress casual And dress(church)! I probably should wear one of my dress pair of socks when I wear French Cuffs! Cuff Links, don't you think? I can't. The honest truth is I would't Feel dressed! Do you think I like them? Sold! At that price I bought some for stock when I need them. Oh, when I wear them out, years, we use them as polishing clothes, they're great!
