It would be helpful to be able to enlarge the photo of any sock even bigger, to give the customer a better idea of what the fibers look like. This is especially important when there is a difficult return/exchange/store credit policy. And that brings me to my second point; next to each item it should state if it is returnable, or only exchangeable or store credit. It is, otherwise, difficult to buy the product.

Their website was easy to manage. The measurement guide was very helpful. The best part is customer does exist, live! Travis & his manager were helpful, informative & prompt with their replies. I'm appreciative of their assistance and I look forward to continuing business with this company.

There is no one in charge at this place to do an exchange on an order that they have messed up. I will get to the bottom of this even if I have to lodge a complaint to the BBB.

I found compressionsale.com guys completely true with their words. They serve the same as they commit to. The interface of the website also appeared very easy and smooth to me and I got my requirement fulfilled completely. I had nice experience with website and I will love to recommend this to my friends.

I returned $255.84 worth of stockings. My credit card was charged an extra $78.51. The total for both transactions = $334.36. In return, I received stockings worth $149.82. Do the math. This company stole $184.54. I will never do business with this company again.

Terrible. They have twice sent me the wrong item. Each time I am expected to pay for return shipping and a 15% processing fee. When I called and asked to speak with a manager they told me that don't have a manager. When I called a second time they laughed at me and hung up. Stay away!

They sent me the wrong size socks. I let them know about it, thinking they would replace the item. They did not. Instead they asked for a picture of the item, of the box, the invoice, over and over. After thirteen emails, over twenty pictures and two months, I gave up. So buyer beware. They W I L L N O T T A KE B A CK anything even if its their mistake.

OK, how about some truth here. This is the worst buying experience I have had in 10 years of spending thousands of dollars shopping online. Here is my experience:

Rude customer service, slow to non-existent response, returns not allowed (do not believe the site about 180 day returns it is not true).

It took them a while to process the order. Very slow delivery. Even after they said they shipped it, it took 8 days. When the order arrived I noticed it was a wrong order (which was my bad), but dealing with customer service was a nightmare. They were rude. Also careful that most of their items cannot be returned.

My husband and I both shop on compressionsale - we place our orders together, and have never had a problem with the prices or the services. We're definitely regular customers. This site comes with our highest recommendation. Buying these types of stockings in a store can be kind of embarrassing - they make it so much easier for us. Thank you so much, Compressionsale.
