I was under thfe impression shipping. Was free but was charged 4.99. I have placed several orders and will continue to do so, but was disappointed.
Nobody in their right mind wants to need to wear this kinds of things...but it's nice to find a place to buy them that's hassle-free and a decent price.

My only other comment is to add that the knee-highs stockings are great, except for the length from my foot to the top of my calf. Or floor to back of knee. We need more choices on this measurement. Too tight and too much fabric around the bend of the knee, and I am not short.

Before checking out my order of donning gloves, my order said "qualifies for free shipping", In addition I had called whether to add this to a prior order, but was told that shipping was free anyhow. Yet I was charged $2.90.
I find their web site confusing and will not buy from them again because their customer service was unfriendly and acted as if they could not care less. Stay away from this company
