The product is very cheap and the scale is way off so it looks even more fake. Oh, and try to return and get your money back? Good luck! Scam crappy product. Buyer be warned!

Was going to order tiles fir my backsplash, but wanted to see a sample before ordering, I chatted and they said they can send 1 box of tiles first to review, if I approved I could send them email to ship the rest. 2 days later I get my full order of 10 boxes. Unfortunately I didn't like the product as I thought it looked cheap. So I inquired about shipping back which took a week to get a reply. It says follow return shipping instructions. They will send shipping labels to return but I will have to pay restock fees. They only sent 1 shipping label instead of 2. Now going on 3 weeks, I finally shipped it back to their warehouse and paid the extra shipping for the 1 box they didn't give shipping label for.
I sent email to "Olivia" requesting they also refund the amount to ship back the 1 box that they didn't supply shipping label for.
This is a company out of China, it takes 2 days to answer emails, the phone number on their website is to some disabled guy out in California who is really pissed at me fir calling him 3 times.
This company has the worst customer service.
WARNING! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Go to a box store and save yourself some money and grief!
As of March 1st, I have not received one email to my inquiries, and I definitely have not received a refund for the product I sent back.

As stated its been almost a month they keep coming up with excuses or then ghosting all together, they have tried to essentially steal 700 plus dollars from me.

This company sends updates making you think your order is out for delivery. But then you get this message "The logistics provider informed us that your package failed to deliver. Maybe need you to contact your local post office to ask for the detailed status of the parceland pick up the package by yourself.
*Please kindly note that：Overdue packages will be returned". In this case it was to Dallas.
I live in Houston. I have emailed them 3 times stating I would write a negative review unless they responded. I never received my order and asked for my $175 refund. No response. Do not fall their advertisements. This is coming from somewhere overseas. This has been going on since November.

These peel and stick tiles were so easy to use and look so perfect they don't look cheap they really upgraded my bathroom 100% I use them as an accent wall I just love them took me about a half hour to put them up

I placed an order and never received a confirmation of when delivery would take be received. I tried both their email contacts, the chat function, and called the number listed. No response on any attempts. I would stay away from this company at all cost.

It adheres perfectly and sticks very much. To the best of my expectations. You can also cut the tiles into the right format with good scissors. Good quality & value for money. Easy to fix & really brighten up my kitchen. Before buying, I communicated with commomy about the product through email, and I got a very timely and professional reply! Solved my doubts.Seller is extremely responsive and helped tremendously with shipping issues.I asked questions about the product before I bought it and about returning it for a refund, and Olivia was very helpful and detailed! I am very happy with this purchase! My husband is also very happy with the purchase! 100 stars! Will use againHave also shared the site and items with friends. Purchased product on April 26th and didn't receive until May 9th. I opened and was very, very disappointed with the very light faded look of the color. Contacted them right away. On May 9th I told them I didn't like and not what I expected. At first
they were very sorry and offered me to choose something else and would send for free. I stated that I only wanted to return for a refund. It has taken a week and contacting PayPal to get the return info I need to return They say available 24 hours and get silent when I ask about return. Now they want to charge me almost 50% of my purchase for return and restocking fee. Satisfaction guaranteed as long as your willing to wait for a partial refund. Always available, unless you have a return. Don't use this company. USA my package came from China.

Great customer service! Easy to install and looks awesome however the color is not as bright as the picture shows. But look great in our rv. We found it easier to just hold it up to the length of the wall and cut a little extra at the bottom instead of measuring out the wall although I'm sure following the instructions would be easy too, but that just worked out better for us.Highly recommend! I'm SO happy with this whole experience. Customer service is outstanding - Olivia was extremely helpful in making suggestions

These peel and stick tiles are great, they go up easy and look beautiful! Depending on where you're placing them, you may want to reinforce the stick, I put mine in my kitchen and added liquid nails to the back to ensure the heat from the kitchen wouldn't weaken the stickiness. Overall, extremely happy with how they turned out.

I love the look. The product resembles real stone and works well when installed. I've had it installed for a week and it's working fine so far. I asked the customer service a few questions, and they responded to me very quickly. The customer service was great. I used four packs so far and will order another 4 to finish the wall.

. This company screwed me out of almost $200. I wanted a refund, and first of all there was absolutely no way to contact this company other than Facebook messenger, huge red flag, and instead of giving me a refund they kept trying to make me buy some thing else, spend more money, i'm still in the process of trying to get a refund and I'm being treated as an inconvenience and being lied to over and over just to give them more time to bull$#*! me till I give up. Too bad I won't ever give up. This is theft. Heed my warnings yall

This is a company with good service and they answered my questions very carefully. I bought five packages of products here and they were shipped quickly. Recently put the peel and stick backsplash in our recently renovated kitchen,it's light and easy to install. I can do it all by myself. It's very simple. Great product looks great and easy to use. Highly recommend. Great product!

Before doing business with this outfit, please do some research on their practices, methods and the poor quality of their products. Also, check the "scam rating" info...the likelihood is 80% of being a scam outfit, according to the findings. Based on the description on their website, we ordered tiles from them, but when we received them, found that they were not as represented on the site. They looked like shiny plastic and there was no way to install them without them looking like a lot of individual squares. (We carefully unpacked them on a clean surface and tried to make them work but there was no way; and again, they looked very cheap, like plastic.) We returned them, as per their website and explained the problem but they continued to send "form letter" responses, failing even to acknowledge our complaint, and insisted on retaining a 15% "restocking fee," even though the product was not as represented on their website. We hadn't simply 'changed our minds;' the product was defective. They began ignoring our letters until finally, almost THREE WEEKS LATER, they finally sent our refund, minus 15%, despite claiming to issue refunds 3-5 days. We will try to remedy this through the credit card company, but for now, what we can do is warn others. Please be careful...you'd be better off dealing with another, more reputable outfit. Commomy seems to be a scam, for sure, advertising one thing, delivering another, and then retaining 15% of the customers' money when the product is returned. I wish we'd looked into these people before, not after we'd dealt with them. They either don't understand English very well, they're just stupid, or they intentionally engage in these practices, confiscating customers' money whenever possible. Please be careful. We tried to work with these people in good faith, but it is not possible.

I had a bad experience with my tile falling down after 12 hours. The company responded initially by giving me installation instructions which I had already followed. My tiles had fallen on top of each other and were stuck together. Their further response consisted of more instructions for installation which was not helpful. At this point they are no longer responding.

Love my kitchen! They are so easy to install perfect adhesion. Easy to cut and great to look plus so affordable.And it looks great!

Packaged very well with good instructions. Easy to install. Really elevated the look of an old, small kitchen.

Nice product, the wall tiles look almost like real the stone, very easy to install. They are extremely flexible and change their shape easily. Adhesion is good.

Order arrived in a week. Took 2 1/2 hours to complete the accent wall and it looks amazing. The sticker backings are tricky to peel off and this slowed us down at first. I had one small issue, and the customer service could not have been more helpful. I am looking for other places to try these products. We love it! Great Product! I am a retired real estate agent and have been in thousands of homes, I am pretty picky and I am happy with this product!
