We just tore down the Commomy Decor backsplash we installed yesterday in our kitchen. The tiles were not sticking to the wall and every seam showed. We tried to caulk the seams but they were still coming up. We were able to very easily remove them, which tells you the adhesive wasn't strong!
Poor quality, very disappointed. The photo on the web site was not even close to the product I received. Their return policy is virtually nonexistent. "Returns due to dissatisfaction in style, color, and changes in personal preference do not constitute quality issues." There was no way to check the quality without purchasing and then they don't stand behind their product. Felt like this was a case of "Bait & Switch", show one product and then ship something totally inferior. The photo on the left is what I received, and the one on the right what I thought I would receive.
First of all, these come from Singapore, so there was not only a shipping delay, but I didn't get the entire product that had been ordered. Without the second half of my order, my project wasn't going to be done on time, so I wanted to ship it back. It was like pulling teeth to get the refund, and when I did, I was charged shipping and restocking for the portion I didn't even receive. The quoted refund was also $50 higher than the actual refund sent back to my bank. I'm sure it's a great product if you get the entire shipment. Beware that the tile trim pieces come separately from the tiles, which is the portion I never received.
This product is very easy to use. As soon as it arrived it was very easy to follow the pattern and install it on my wall
I bought some faux brick wall covering. I knew upfront that it might not be usable in my house so I only ordered one package. After using it for a stage theater prop I'd say it's pretty good but not sure I'd install it in my house. The bricks are pretty small (see image of the product next to real bricks) but overall not bad.
Commomy's vinyl Peel and Stick Wall Tiles are of excellent quality. The seller has detailed instructions for the vinyl peel and Stick tiles, which are easy to install and recommended.
