I ordered a pair of sandals from them, but they were never delivered. After several weeks, I emailed them and did not receive a response to this day. I can't dispute the charge with my bank, so I was simply scamed by this company. I need learn to read reviews before buying anything on the Internet.
I ordered a pair of sandals in May of 2021, and it's now the end of September and I have yet to receive my sandals, I have emailed them several times and no response, my tracking states they are in Buffalo NY. There's no other way to contact this company. They know how to take your money, but will not send you your items. Do NOT PURCHASE FEOM THIS COMPANY.
I ordered 4 pair of Sandals from Comfy Sandle Co. I finally received them this week. I'm happy with the sandals considering the price. However I received no response from my many contacts to customer service. I believe the only reason I received them was I opened a compliant with PayPal. I recommend if you want to take a chance with this Company be patient and use Paypal.
