La peor compañia de servicio, son unos estafadores, el año pasado desconecte en noviembre el servicio de canales y me hicieron ajustes en la cuenta y rebaje el bill pues este servicio no lo utilizo, por alguna reazon(mal trabajo de todos) supuestamente no desconectaron ningun servicio y siguiero cobrando el mismo bill modo autopay que lo tengo instalado con ellos, luego de darme cuenta el dia 5/3 llame y hable con una representante de nombre Jobana y me actualizo todo q tngo cartas firmadas por email y resulta que hoy vuelvo a revisar la pagina y esta el mismo bill, ademas q cdso llamo por telefono indican q tngo un dispositvo nuevo q ellos me enviaron para activar, ya eso se llama descaro y estafa pq estan jugando con mi dinero, siempre es lo mismo, necesito respuesta o tendre q tomar acciones directamente con algun abogado o canal televisivo
I signed my 85 year old father up for internet. I checked with the salesperson to make sure the deal was correct and my father qualified. We received a receipt for the purchase as well as equipment... router and hook up wires. Hooked router up and no service. Called customer service who at first said i was wrong and never placed the order. Uhhmm... i have the equipment they sent and the receipt. Then an array of switch and bait comments and being passed to 3 people overall they say they wont honor what they sold... mind you it was not their mistake... Hahahaha!. They do offer my father a "deal" that would cost him $75 extra a month over what he would have paid. Absolute joke. How are these companies allowed to fleece our elderly on fixed incomes? Shame just shame!
Comcast/xfinity has gotten from bad to WORST!
I called comcast the other day to complain about an increase on my billing (Netflix premium upgrade which I did not make). Called their customer service who was extremely polite (as expected) and suggested to lower my bill. Since I used my smartphone to call them, the rep told me to just confirm the adjustment through my phone, of course, without reading the "fine print." Not surprisingly, a series of unfortunate events happened.
Immediately the following day Netflix (which the bill is originally incorporated into my Comcast/xfinity billing) charged a separate bill into my credit card. When I called Netflix they told me that Comcast altered my subscription and removed Netflix. I immediately called Comcast after three (3) representatives and was put on hold for more than an hour only to tell me that I have agreed to a new 2 year contract with a new subscription increase of more that $30. When I told them about "misunderstanding" that was actually brought about by the first "customer service representative," I was told that my old subscription is no longer available and that I am now committed to the new subscription that I have agreed to with a much higher monthly bill. To top it all, they told me that I am now bound by a new 2 year contract with them. I am planning to CANCEL my contract immediately and will pay whatever penalty they will impose but will NEVER avail of their services EVER AGAIN!

I called to change my service address. I give them new address. She tells me the area is not serviceable.The problem is I know she is wrong because it is my friends address and he currently has comcast. I was simply moving my service there for when he leaves. "sir we dont service that area"... listen here dumb $#*! you are wrong. Learn how to do your job. Always talking to idiots that dont understand english.
This company outsources the customer service to another country. When you actually do get to speak to a person they do not speak clear English. I used to be able to speak to an American. I guess we can thank our current govt since its now popular to outsource to other countries leaving Americans without jobs. Not only is that frustrating but the other people repeat the same steps to rectify the problem over and over-very frustrating without solution! When I can find a company that doesn't outsource its customer svc and when my contract is up with this foreign company I am changing to an American supporting company. Looking forward to firing Xfinity/Comcast!
I've been a loyal internet customer of Comcast for 11 years and found out it was all for nothing. I needed their help with clearing a glitch and was denied numerous times. I enrolled into Comcast mobile because of sprint's overcharges and ordered new iPhone to replace my iPhone 10. I received box containing new iPhone SE and was denied to return phone. I called ATT to the rescue and accepted me with open arms and lower rates. Please be smart check other providers. Comcast has become very arrogant.
Comcast Xfinity ruined my good credit! After the Seattle riots the drug people and homeless people wrr pushed into what was once my peaceful neighborhood. Sheriff did $19Million Fentanyl and Heroin drug bust. There was a gang related shooting. I feared for my life
I closed my account with Xfinity. I had to fight them for continued triple BILLING me for 3 additional months. I returned my equipment and had to fight them for credit back. Never received my deposit money back. Insult to injury guy in Xfinity loyalty dept called me a racist! He said sf sounds like a story. What a bunch of BS Xfinity ruined my credit now. I've turned them into the FCC 2x to dispute OVERBILLING!
They won't let you cancel. The only number I can find is to upgrade my service. I can not get a hold of a customer service representative to help me with my issue. They want your money they put a good front on. When you have a issue they don't care. I would give a zero but I can't.
Give one Star is much than Comcast Deserve as a costumer service company.
The concept to provide a good service and professional answers and help is not a tradition on the employees on that company

My name is Brandy Spivey and I've had Comcast for a couple years now I have had the worst experience with Comcast ever my internet goes out at at least a hundred times a day is not reliable for home learning for my children it seems as if someone's playing with the Internet is always redirected or cutting off at weird times I don't know if my internet is hacked or what's going on I received a new device and it's still not working Comcast so they give you no help and harbor internet service ever
Customer service sucks Every 6 months they hike up the price For just basic Expanded cable They drilled a hole through the side of the house to put the cable through instead of crawling underneath the house and doing it right the 1st time. That's why I rate this a one star
I have wasted hours on the phone trying to get Comcast to send me equipment that was promised over a year ago, but never delivered. Every time I follow up they say that they misplaced the order. In the interim, they raised the price on the bill for the equipment that they didn't deliver. Now the service is out and I can't get a human being on the phone. Just the worst ever!
Every time it rains my internet goes out, then when it dries up it comes back on. I called to get a repair because I know it is bad insulation on the pole causing this - they told me it would be $100 to come out and fix THEIR PROBLEM ON THEIR POLE! I told them to disconnect it and I will switch to EPB. This is a crummy thieving company
I'm trying not to cuss... I gotta pray or something! These jerkoffs are a whole great deal. If you can't tell already, I'm hella pissed. I was in a car accident, and I couldn't work for months. Found a job where I can work online, but they cut the internet off. I called to make arrangements, which I can't make the full past due balance yet, and they agreed and cut my internet on. EVERY SINGLE DAMN DAY I've called at least twice a day to turn it back on so that I can work.
The person I spoke to today was telling me there's nothing they can do. So I said "are you serious? So you're telling me that you can't cut the internet back on, for me to work so that I can pay you guys?" She clearly dodged the questions and me telling her off. This woman had THEE AUDACITY to put her work phone down and ignore me for literally about 5 minutes, and I bet she thought I was going to hang up. I DID NOT HANG UP! Then I told her to let me speak with someone higher than her, someone who gets paid more than her. She said she's is the higher up person. I told her I ain't dumb. Someone get paid more than you to do this job. Then this woman turns around and gives me the number to speak with someone higher than her. Then she turns around and says "I know how important needing the internet is, seeing that I need it for work too..." which I cut her off and said she would never understand. Her name is MJ and her employee ID number is *******020 take note. Count your days MJ.
Rating: -10. A technician moved a bookcase when we were not looking and gouged the new engineered hardwood floor. He left in a hurry before we got back in the room and saw what he did. I immediately called and got his supervisor to come over and he promised to have it fixed. Later I was notified by Comcast that they decided it was not their fault and were not going to do anything about it. I complained to the BBB, the FCC and my state attorney general. Comcast told the BBB and the FCC that their own "investigation" concluded they were not at fault. I don't know what to do except tell everybody I can about what this monstrous company did to us.
Thieves. Wish we had another option where we live. Now they have added a data cap to rape us even more. Capitalizing on the fact that children are learning remotely and parents are working from home. There will be a special place in hell for Comcast.

We are in a Middle of a worldwide epidemic And my kids Are being homeschooled because of that epidemic And they turned off my service because I didn't get to pay Off my full Bill even though I paid more than half of it And All they're doing is constantly putting up the fees even though people are losing their jobs and not being able to work And people need their service so their kids can be homeschooled It's b*******. I have talked to reps for two days on my business account. Started out that I couldn't receive the weather channel and now told if I was getting it earlier it was a mistake and it must have gotten deleted in an audit. Then a 25% increase a month a go. I asked to have my service canceled and it will not let me cancel on DocuSign without using their pre-made reasons. For internet and a useless TV service my current bill is over $150.00 a month on a five year plus account. Idiots!
I am going to get my pay off for my contract and I am out. The service is awful, and it's expensive. I get almost no record time but DISH gives you 2000 hours. And that is over and above the primetime. Either going back to DISH or trying TMobile.

Answer: No real success stories. Comcast kept me on the phone so many hours for issues which should've taken minutes each. Every call to customer service leaves you so aggravated, you cannot think straight for the remainder of the day or night.
