I ordered 5 pairs of pants. They were all listed on the invoice, but there were only 4 pairs in my package.

When I spoke with the customer service order person, I could not understand her, and the background noise was very irritating as she did not care or did not understand what I was telling her. All she wanted to do was tell me about the specials you have at the moment. After 3 times that I didn't want anything else I asked her to get me to check out she did.

After contacting customer service about my incomplete order they told me they would send me the rest but I later found out they charged me again for the order but they later credited my account. A little stressful
