The dog barker had no affect on the dogs. Changed the battery twice without any change in the behavior. It does not let you know if it is working ie sound or lights coming on or off.
Called the company for a return label which has not arrived yet.

I was to receive 10% and free shipping but instead between shipping, processing and taxes was charged an additional almost $20,00 which is ridiculous. This will be my last order. Please do not send me email or catalogs.

The site says free shippng on orders over $35 but on the order the shipping price was still there

This a fun and affordable site. After receiving my three items I unfortunately had to have 2 refunded. But, the goods news is that customer service was prompt, took care of things immediately and I am quite satisfied with their service.

Was not happy to pay shipping & processing that was almost as much as my item. I was told the reason for this is because I forgot to put in a promo code. Decided to keep item, however will consider other catalogs at this time. Shirley Kvarda

I find my experiences with Collections to be outstanding. I enjoy shopping with them. The products are out standing. If I do need to return, it is a easy process.
