When ordering I specifically unchecked the box that would have enrolled me in Collections perk program, yet I received an email confirming my enrollment. I don't understand that.
I was very pleased with everything I order and happy with the speed I got it. I love the lighted canvases and have ordered several of them.
The final checkout seemed somewhat difficult. I evidently missed filling in something but it didn't highlight what I missed. I finally saw it. Once I took care of it, I noticed that my address was was changed. Fixed that and all was good.

Christmas shopping for family. Good items available. However, was charged on my credit card.37 MORE than was printed on receipt from YOUR website. Customer Service Representatives kept "insisting" that I made the tax calculation error. It was not a matter of the 37 cents, but the principal of the thing. I am charged one amount & billed a different amount. Your website could do this to 1,000 people and make a profit & basically no one even notices. I was not a happy person after talking to your C.S. Reps, and may not order from your site again.

My sister ordered this for me. It is very pretty but was very messing unpacking it. The fake snow and glitter were a mess, there should be a warning on the box to open outdoors.
