I had a very bad experience when an item that I ordered didn't arrive with the rest of the order. When I contacted customer service, the person I spoke to made me feel like I was lying, kept asking me if I checked the box, and when she finally agreed to send me a replacement item, I found that I was charged for this item when I checked my bank account. I called the company back twice, telling them they cannot charge me twice for the same item, since I already paid for it once and didn't receive it. After a couple of phone calls, they did credit my account. It's doubtful that I will order from this company again.
Pleased with the stove rack guard to protect from burns.

Bought the soft angel fleece throw for my shut in sister for Christmas but unfortunately she died before I could give it to her.

I called to cancel a item, no one even told me was on back order until January. I had to call 4 times and it still was not canceled. I sent an e-mail to get it taken care of. Very unprofessional.
