Your checkout procedure is too complicated. Shipping took too long.

Too many hoops to jump through to place my order!

The quality of some of the items were not what I expected (low quality). Other items were exactly what I expected & I am very happy with them.

I was satisfied with all my order except pants. Very thin. Poor quality. Other items ok.

One of the three (3) angel ornaments in the set I received was cracked.

Wish you could display more items per page. There is an option to choose this but unlike LTD COMMODITIES I can go to a drop down that will list all items. Also, when you add an item to your cart and want to go back to shopping it goes back to the first page...again instead of where you left off. Small things but most annoying. Thanks! Great prices.

Shipping was too much. And to get it free requires me to pay for a membership...not my kind of thing.
