When calling back after getting my credit statement I seen where I got charged for an item that I got the first time around, that I didn't receive, & when I called Collections about, he was definitely wasn't understanding what I was telling him so I was put on hold several times, then, finally came back on, told me to send in proof that I was charged twice, plus said I wouldn't get the full amount back, which was tax! At that point I told him that Collections has lost a good customer & that I'd let my credit card take of it & hung up!
