A few items I wanted were out of stock. What I was able to order was as advertised.

I shop for beautiful items to add a splash of color in my home and for gifts. I am rarely ever disappointed in anything I order and it all comes quickly.

Had to return one item because it didn't fit correctly but return was easy - no hassle. Awaiting credit.

Web page is so easy to use. Because I have an account all my info is already stored. The items I wanted to order are all available. The products were just as described and I am very happy with them. And free shipping was a nice bonus.

Don't like the cash back promos that cost more than the cash back offer!
Some items are made from very cheap materials...I guess you get what you pay for, but items look much higher quality in catalog.

Customer service was very helpful on how to apply my merchandise certificate.
