The xmas item was totally nothing like the picture! That item has in fact been returned for a credit. It looked great in your catalog and online, but in reality it will NEVER look like the picture.
Everything looks fine. Don't think the full/queen quilt I ordered will fit my queen bed. It's too small -- but will use it for something else. No big deal...

I was having trouble with placing my order online, so called customer service. The fella that answered didn't care that I was having online problem, he only wanted to take my order. I asked if he had any idea why I was having problems, he only responded that it was a problem with my computer. I am still having problems bringing up items to purchase when I go to your website. I do not know how to resolve this issue and would appreciate your feedback and help. Your site is the only one I have this problem with as I do order from many other sites online with no issues. Please advise I also sent an e-mail back to customer service describing this problem and it has been 1 week and still no response from your people. I am about ready to throw out your catalogs and find items elsewhere.
