Fast shipping, however, 2 skirts (wine/green) fabric was a bit thinner than appeared in catalog.
So many products to look at and select. Glad to have the opportunity to browse and make the decisions.
I ordered 5 items recently. 1) The invoice that was sent me online was different than the amount deducted from my checking account and then an additional amount was also deducted, eventually credited, however there were two amounts deducted rather than one. 2) One of the items was not in the box even though it noted that it was. 3) I had to call and get the absent item sent out and was again charged an amount to my checking account even though I had already paid for the item and it was a replacement for an item that didn't arrive like noted. 4) Conversations with customer services didn't give me the satisfaction that I have had from you in the past. Summary, I ordered 5 items, only 4 arrived, I was charged three amounts(eventually 2 were credited to my account) however Collection's had my money for almost a week when the items had already had been paid for.

The products were great; the customer service was not that great. Some of the representatives will follow policy no matter what; they do not put the needs or request of the customer first. I was was very disappointed when the representative wouldn't budge or work with me to suggest a alternative to my request.
