A little hard to read and get through on first try
So far this shopping experience has been quick and effective.
My order arrived with all my items literally wadded up & crammed in the box. I've never in my lifetime seen such horrible packaging and the quality of the products was nothing more than pure junk. I will NEVER be ordering from this company again & wish I could have give it a 0 star rating. I should not have to pay for return shipping due to the cheap quality of all of the products. I use to receive nice items from this company but not any more. I will warn all of my family & friends to stay away from ordering from Collections Etc. I even talked to a representative to be removed from your mailing lists. I'm still in shock over the cheapness of the products & the fact that my items were all wadded up & crammed into a box that was clearly too small.

I was very satisfied with everything I received -- no problems at all. I was most happy with the nightgowns. I am only 4'8" and like a long nightgown. The length on those gowns is perfect for a shorty!

The cuddle cardinal wrap zipper was broke and customer service said I had not ordered since July. Refused to let me talk to a supervisor so no more catalogs or emails for me. I hav3 been a loyal customer for over 20 years to numerous addresses.
I recently bought some stuff. I had an issue with a couple items. They sent me the right size and the problem was solved. I bought the 'dog stop their barking' item and it was a total waste of time. I was reimbursed and the problem was solved. I recently bought 5 pairs of leggings 3 suede and 2 velvet. They are so nice and well worth the money. They are well made and the price was very reasonable. I will be back and order more. Thank you, Brenda.
