There was an issue with the order I received so I contacted Collections Etc. They responded quickly and after some back and forth the issue was resolved in a surprisingly well manner. Knowing their level of customer service, I would not hesitate to order from them again.

All was great except for a processing fee I hate to have to pay.

I ordered the 4 puzzles and thought they were all individual boxed puzzles (I wanted to use them for gifts). I didn't see anywhere where it said it was 4 bagged puzzles in 1 box. Very disappointed in that.

The Posture Support does not fit well. It is too long in the back and the arm straps hurt my underarms.
