Received the wrong item, then they weren't going to refund me (offered me a voucher) then they weren't going to refund the handling & tax - I had to ask for it.

At the same time I did another order. This was women's bath rob. The size was completely off.when I called yesterday, I was informed you would be taking $7.99 off what I paid. This is completely wrong. So there for I really doubt I will be ordering anything else.
