Very happy with my collection items, many items I order are gifts and everyone loves them.
I was not happy with my order being changed at your discretion. I placed an order for over $800 and received an email that my order was changed. The email I received made me feel like I was not a customer who just spent $800. The email stated I couldn't purchase 1 item in the quantity I wanted to ensure the item was available for your sites customers. Didn't my purchase indicate I was a customer? I then placed a 2nd order for another $500 and have yet to receive that order.
The wall Xmas tree and skirt arrived eight days after said delivery date.
Great sale price plus an extra off coupon made this a great deal. My red shiny boots are so comfortable and I receive lots of comments from people saying they love them.

Our experience was terrible. We were charged for shipping and replacement items that we didn't order. We will NOT recommend Collectons Etc. to anyone. One of our daughters was about to place an order from Collections Etc. based on our recommendations to her but we advised her to not place an order based on our terrible experience.
