Love this site, it's easy to navigate.

The music box is one of the worst items I have ever purchased from collections. Cheap, poor made, cannot even tell what music is being played and does not work very well. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED. I will not be giving this as a birthday present to my 8 year old.

Called on Dec 4 to find out why my order had not been sent. Was told it was shipped on 11/28/19. I questioned that since the 28th was Thanksgiving. Was then told it went out on 11/29. Package actually shipped on 12/4. Please remove me from your mailing list.

Did not wear well as picture so one (the paw print wrap)I sent on as a gift the other (cardinal) was for my nursing daughter but did not work until we cut it in half so she uses the top zipper part is fine alone the bottom zipper was cut off and used as a baby blanket.
I wish there was a picture of what it actually looked like because the sitting in a chair is miss leading but for the price and a few adjustments, it's fine

I tried calling and no one answered after waiting on the phone for almost an hour. I emailed customer support and received no response.

The canvas I ordered only lights in the bridge, and not in the trees. The wreaths I got for our front porch which is covered, stopped working after one night. I'm horribly disappointed in my order!

Bedspread is lighter and thinner than I expected, being that it's for winter

I ordered braided Christmas rugs which are beautiful and had a foam backing so no slipping. Also I ordered Christmas door rugs, these are ok, however I did not use them at the door entrances as the material on the back of the rugs made them slide on the floor. I did place them under my rockers where they couldn't slide when stepped on.
