I love this robe! We live in north central Florida where it's cool in the evenings during the winter months. This robe is perfect. It's lightweight, extremely soft and washes well. I'm 5' tall and the 3/4 sleeves are perfect for me. The 2 pockets is a great feature.
Easy to order online. Would definitely order from again.
This was purchased as a Christmas gift so I haven't actually opened and used the product. It sits wrapped under our tree but I know my daughter's fur ball will enjoy hours of play with it, Price point was good but shipping and taxes added almost another third of cost to product, a little steep.
Purchased the snowman cake plate. One of the snowmen was missing his nose. Must have happened when it was packaged. The first time I called customer I felt like I for the run around. The second time I actually had to place another order for that it and was told that is how collections etc will issue the refund. That has been close to a week
No refund and not sure about the order placed with the representative. Guess I will call back a third time and hear what the story is.

Returned too big did not like the material
I received it on time, and my order was complete and undamaged. Overall a good experience.
Ordered boots.Had to order 2 pairs & send some back.The person who handled returns was very difficult to understand.It cost me $17 to return boots.NOT HAPPY!

Tried ordering before but frequently find items are on back order or are unavailable. 2 items tonight were also unavailable. Received 2 of the items I ordered, one is still on back order.
