Everything I wanted was sold out. It was a waste of time clicking on the item just to find out it was sold out. 1 of the items I received is way to small and will be returning.

CollectionsEtc has such a nice selection of items to purchase, including all the holiday things. Always can find one more item for the house or for myself. Love the prices, especially when there is a sale! Lots of gift items, too! I have been pleased with all the items I purchased except maybe 1 or 2 items. But I have ordered hundreds of dollars from you and am very pleased.

The product was a hat for my mother. When she opened it and put it on - there was a 3 inch hole around the hat that she had to sew up.
