Easy shopping. Missing two rings I ordered. And sent one wrong item with proper item on invoice. I will return that in hopes of exchange. In general, though, very much recommend shopping here!

Too small and products wasn't what I expected plus I received 2 orders because representative said my first credit card didn't go through gave them a different credit card and both cards were charged and received duplicate orders 1 day apart. I returned both orders since the boots were too small. Waiting for credit on my cards.

I contacted Collections about a Nose ear hair trimmer that was broken and wanted to send it back for a replacement and the woman I spoke to said do what you have to do and hung up.
