Had to call to get order in the system insisted on giving and charging for the usual price instead of the market down price. The service representative was very good.

Thought the egg sitter would help me get up from my shower seat by elevating me to have less pressure on my knees. It's waterproof, so it was perfect! It cushions and elevates.

My order was great but the shipping was late. USPS sent it the long way around to my PO box and it was about 15 days before I got it
All item were really great we are enjoying them. The puzzle books are fun to do. My grandkids love them. I may order the other ones you offer.The address truck address sign looks very nice in my yard next to my old truck that looks like the sign. The boy and girl fishing is sitting on the edge of my pond looks like they are really fishing in it.
Trying to find a way to let Collections, etc. know that although they fulfilled my order and sent it it was not delivered as it should have been. According to USPS the person delivering could not access my house. We have no animals at all, our yard is not fenced and there was nothing locked that inhibited delivery.
When I tried to call the contact number all I got was ad after ad trying to sell me a product of one kind or another. I finally have the product I ordered but not because of any help I got from Collections, etc.
I placed an order online and it took a month to get it. When it arrived it was nothing like the pictures or description. I returned the items unopened. Three weeks later I received an email saying they received the return. It took another week for them to update it in their system. Another week for me to receive a partial refund. Then a few days for the "remaining" amount. A $70+ order and you get $50. This is because they charge a $19 nonrefundable fee for every order plus return shipping fees. This was my first time ordering from them and I will not be placing another order.
My order arrived in a timely fashion. The creeping thyme is an epic fail.
These dresses are perfect for wear after a shower. Terry cloth is a good choice for that and these are comfortable and come in nice colors.
I ordered 2 sun screens, the coloring and design was different from the one I had already bought, but it is still very nice and I'm glad I bought two so they will go together and I will remove the previous one. Overall a very good product.
ETC completed the process with-out any problems. Thank-you for the return and the new sizes were delivered
The chair covering I ordered came promptly and was what I expected.

I am very happy with this company. I have always received my orders promptly. What is really important to me is when something is on back order or out of stock, they notify me promptly. I really appreciate that. I also like the fact that I haven't had to pay shipping charges.

Wish package wasn't left on porch. I wouldn't have been able to get it in the without assistance! They didn't ring doorbell or anything Found it when a neighbor came over, no telling how long it was out there! I love the wreath! The rear view mirror isn't as pictured in the catalog, I'm not driving at this time, haven't been able to assess it's practicality.
