The chair cover I ordered did not fit. I called and requested a return. The person I spoke with said they would send a return sticker but no mention of when my money would be returned. I am still waiting for the return sticker.

I have always been pleased with my purchases from collections.

The significance of cardinals is very important to me. I saw this item when I was looking for Christmas ornaments. I had a hard time deciding between all the options for cardinals that are offered by collectionsetc. The one I chose is wonderful. The price was reasonable. The figurine is well rendered and beautiful. It looks quite real. It was easy to order and the item was delivered on time with no problems.

All is fine. So far I have never had a problem with Collections, Etc. Thanks for asking.

Had been receiving catalogs, and just recently decided that it was time to replace some worn out door wreaths. Found just what I was looking for, at a price that didn't break my budget. Well Done!

I received everything I ordered and am satisfied. The only complaint was the packaging. The tape on the bottom seam was not well taped and the bottom half opened up but nothing had fallen out. Note to shipping dept: Be careful and do not tape up so fast.

The "handling" charge is a turnoff.
