I really like your products. They are mostly a good buy for the money. In the ten years or so I have ordered from Collections, there have only been a couple of things that disappointed me.

In your magazine the product shirt is long what i got was short see threw, pants are way to long.
If i kept the order i would have to have pants hem up and that's time i don't have.
I tried to cancel order with you after placing it was and was told it's to late order was getting

I received my order. However 2 blouses I ordered were too big. I contacted collections and they sent me a mail back receipt to send back. I sent it back on 1/28/20. Waiting on refund for these items. Other than that collections things are nice. Just send refund. Thank you

It was quick didnt understand the processing fee. Plus after returning it I get a refund of $13.55 when I paid $19.99! How is it after paying shipping, processing fee and taxes I am not entitled to my full refund! What are you refunding the taxes, processing fees and taxes? Is this how you business?
