In my order I received a tablecloth that I did not order and I was missing the decorative hibiscus/humming bird top I did order. I contacted customer service and I was given options I could chose from. I was told I could keep the tablecloth I did not order and that the customer service rep would make sure I would receive my decorative top and the BO green tablecloth. I received both within the allotted time and am pleased with my purchase.

I had difficulty submitting my on-line order. It keeps saying add shipping address but there is no pull down menu to add shipping address which is in my case the same as the billing address. So I tried putting my shipping address by typing in on the "ship to another address" but it was still asking me for my shipping address. Finally, on the 4th try or more after filling in my online order that it went through after I clicked "Submit". I think the glitch in the online order process was finally resolved or someone read my email question to Customer Service and did something should I place my order again. I never had this frustrating problem before.
