You billed my credit card twice but I only received the items once - on vacation and have not had time to call you on this

I've been shopping with Collections for quite awhile now. I've always been very satisfied. I would recommend this site to anyone who wants a great shopping experience.

I do not find your customer service helpful or consistent with it's information. They are quiet direct when repeating their message like a robot. Dealing with the company use to be a different experience.
Shopping experience would have been better but Custer service was hard to deal with. The overall price was in line for what I received. Products were good. Service definitely needs improvement.
