I had my shipping confirmation with my address on and it got sent to Montrose al after several phone calls I got the Alabama post office and she had my package in hand changed the zipcode and I finally received my package. She was the most helpful of all. I was not satisfied with collections at all. I have ordered from you before and my package always had my address correct. I love your products and prices but it will be quite some time before I order from you again.
