The quality was okay. I wanted the towels to go with it but they were out stock.
Remove items from your lists when they are all SOLD OUT rather than wasting customers time going to the items just to find out it's not available.
It's ok sometime I have a problem with checkout,it doesn't want to accept my credit card, then I have to contact costumer service,so it takes a while to get my order finished

When I placed my order I was given a code for free shipping and a 20% discount. When I could not get the 20% discount when I tried to enter it, I called Customer Service and they were no help at all and would not honor the discount!
When the order arrived, I almost sent it back as defective--and it was DEFECTIVE! But when I went back online to look at the picture you showed of the item, the picture showed the defect (blue slashes on all of the mats) on your photos as well! These should have been sold as "2nds" or listed as having this defect and been sold at a reduced price!
It's a lot easier online than mail.
The product had many issues. I e mailed the company but have yet to hear from them-perhaps due to the current world situation. Usually, I have no complaints with Collections
